Privacy notice
CapCentral is not open yet. This notice covers the few details we collect before launch, through the waitlist and the quarterly sign-up.

Who we are
CapCentral, based in Australia. You can reach us at hello@capcentral.io about anything in this notice.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your name, work email, what you run (for example a wholesale fund or a family office) and your region.
- Quarterly: your work email.
- Visiting the site: your browser asks us for your country, worked out from your internet address, so we can show prices and screens in the right currency. We do not store it or link it to you.
We collect these details directly from you, when you fill in a form. You do not have to give them, but without an email address we cannot add you to the waitlist or send you the quarterly.
Why we collect it
- To tell you when version 1 opens and to offer you a demonstration.
- To send you the CapCentral Private Markets Quarterly, if you asked for it or joined the waitlist.
- To understand who is interested, so we build for the funds and structures people actually run.
We will not use your details for anything else without asking you first.
Who sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. They are seen only by the CapCentral team and stored by the service providers that run this site:
- Our website host, Netlify, receives and stores form submissions. Its servers are in the United States, so your details are likely to be held overseas.
- The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your internet address when the page loads.
We may disclose details where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe, and for how long
We keep your details only while we need them for the purposes above. When CapCentral opens, or if you ask, we will delete waitlist details we no longer need.
Unsubscribing, access and correction
You can unsubscribe at any time, from the link in any email or by writing to us. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@capcentral.io and we will reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, write to us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
When CapCentral opens to members, a full privacy policy covering fund data and member accounts will replace this notice.
